What is included
Three levels. Scope published, price scoped.
Each level builds on the one before it. Start at the one that describes you today rather than the one you are aiming at in three years: growing a store is the easy part.
Essentials
One organization, one storefront
A single private store for a team that reorders a known set of materials and wants the brand to stop drifting.
- One private branded storefront, behind a login
- Your logo, colours, and product names
- Approved catalogue with fixed specifications
- Locked brand templates with editable fields
- User accounts with per-user access
- Order history and one-click reordering
- Store build, catalogue loading, and training
- Produced in our own Montreal plant
- FSC certified paper available on paper products
Network
Many locations, one brand
The common shape. Corporate, franchise, and regional groups each get their own view of the same store, and head office finally sees the whole picture.
Everything in Essentials, plus
- Multiple storefronts under one brand: corporate, franchise, regional, head office
- Per-group catalogues, so a location cannot see what it may not order
- Per-group pricing, or pricing hidden entirely
- Bilingual storefronts, French and English
- Language and legal requirements locked into the templates
- Maintained network address book, ship to one location or all of them
- Kitting: produce one run, warehouse it, draw down per location
- Order and spend reporting by location, exportable
- Billing split between head office and franchisees
- Named customer service contact who knows the account
Enterprise
Cross-border, regulated, or integrated
For networks that cross a border, answer to a regulator, or need the store to talk to systems you already run.
Everything in Network, plus
- Separate Canadian and United States storefronts, each with its own catalogue and currency
- Cross-border shipping and USD billing
- Variable data programs driven from your data files
- Dedicated onboarding and network-wide training
- Approval routing and budget controls scoped
- Single sign-on with your identity provider scoped
- Integration with your procurement or marketing systems scoped
Lines marked as scoped are project work, not switches we flip. We will tell you in the first conversation which ones are routine for us and which ones are a build, rather than letting you find out after signing.
Book a walkthroughWhy there are no prices on this page
Because any number we printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it. A store for six locations and a store for four hundred share a name and nothing else. What we can publish honestly is the scope: exactly what each level contains, so you can work out which one you are before you talk to us. The number comes out of a short conversation about how many locations you have and what your network actually orders, and it comes with the assumptions written down.
When a private store is the wrong answer
We would rather tell you here than six weeks into a build.
- You order print once and then not again. A store is overhead that never earns itself back. Just send us the job.
- Every piece you order is designed from scratch. Stores pay off on repetition. If nothing repeats, you want a printer and a designer, not a catalogue.
- One person already orders everything and nothing goes wrong. The problem a store solves is distributed ordering. If ordering is not distributed, you do not have that problem yet.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a monthly software fee?
- We are a manufacturer, not a software vendor, and the store exists so you order print through it. How the store itself is accounted for depends on the size of the program, and we put that in writing during scoping rather than leaving it as a surprise line later.
- Can we start small and grow into a bigger plan?
- Yes, and it is usually the right way to do it. Most networks start with one storefront and a narrow catalogue, prove it with a pilot group, then add groups, languages, and locations. Growing a store is far easier than rescuing one that launched to four hundred people before anyone tested it.
- Who owns the store and the data in it?
- Your artwork stays yours, and your order history is yours to export. The store is built and operated for you rather than sold to you as a licence.
- What happens if we already have artwork in bad shape?
- That is the normal starting condition and it is most of the work in a build. We clean up and rebuild what needs it as part of setting the catalogue up, and we will tell you honestly which files are worth rebuilding and which should simply be retired.
- Do you only print what is in the store?
- No. The store handles the repeating work so it stops consuming attention. Anything new, custom, or one-off goes through the same plant the ordinary way, and the same people handle it.
